CANDI
CANDI unites her passion for people with her innate ability to draw a crowd to the dance floor. Having grown up on 80’s pop and eurodance, to now integrating a healthy mix of house, techno, and anything with a belting bassline – CANDI painstakingly curates multi-genre sets. Thus, generating sound diversity in supporting roles for artists such as MEDUZA (ITA), Badger (UK) and Daseplate (UK), including a 2023 debut at Rhythm and Vines.
Recently co-founding Ōtepoti's 'Nörty Club' Collective, she can be seen playing solo or in the trio anywhere between hole-in-the-wall bars to your favourite stages. Alongside the steel wheels, CANDI explored her musical prowess on Radio One 91FM, where she used to host the flagship ‘Late Breakfast Show’ and Student Radio Network award-winning electronic show, ‘STOMPING GROUNDS’.
